Why are my calls getting disconnected?

The problem may have several causes:

• the destination network may be disrupted (which often happens when the person called is in an area poorly covered by its operator)
• there may be a lot of traffic in the heart of the Internet
• your Internet operator may have a temporary problem
• our servers may be overloaded

It is difficult for us to determine the exact cause of the problem when it is not directly related to our servers. Indeed, Internet communications are not always guaranteed because unlike your telephone operator's network, the Internet network is not dedicated solely to voice calls and can carry any type of traffic (email, video, download), so that there may be short periods of disruption.
