Why am I getting the insufficient balance message?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. This is a well-known issue with some partners or mobile operators, there may be short periods of disruption due to the poor quality of their networks. Sometimes you will get the insufficient balance message, and sometimes you will get the message that the subscriber is not available but your next call attempt will go through.


So, don't hesitate to call again after a short time when you are facing this kind of issue. If the problem persists then contact us and we will fix it very quickly:

  • when the issue comes from a partner, we penalize it and remove it from our routing so that your future calls no longer go through it
  • when the issue comes from the mobile operator, we keep them informed and cannot do anything else because it is the recipient's network
