What should I do if I forgot my password?

You don't need to remember your old password to set a new one. Just follow these steps:

1. With your XwebPhone App go to "My profile"
2. Press on the "Password" field
3. Enter the new password
4. Confirm your new password
5. Save and exit

There is another solution, but we do not recommend it because it is mainly intended for professional customers. Our system can generate a new password and send it to the email address registered in your profile. Therefore, this solution requires that you have previously defined an email address in your profile:

1. Visit our website xwebphone.com and click on "sign in"
2. Then click "Reset Password" on the main login page
   
3. Enter your phone number, validate the captcha and click on "Reset Password"
   
4. A reset link will be sent to the email address listed in your profile
